In 2021, Logistique assisted two logistically challenged curators (Storage, Aarhus and Galerie Schrank, Hamburg) by swapping their problems. The curators thereby both got rid of a problem and received an artwork in return. The Swap was filmed and The Swap: The Movie premiered in Slagtehal 3 in 2022.
